ERMATCH DELIVERS ADDITIONAL VALUE TO CONFERENCE EXHIBITORS
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (November 29, 2007) – EventRebels, an Internet software provider for meeting and event planners, has introduced ERMatch, a tool that enables attendees and exhibitors to make appointments with each other prior to a conference. This new feature, which is tied to the EventRebels Exhibitor Management and Trade Show module, makes it easy for attendees to browse the exhibitors at a conference and select when they would like to meet with them.
“Exhibitors are always looking for a way to maximize their investment in a trade show,” said K. C. Hopson, CEO EventRebels. “There are few ways better to deliver additional value than meeting with attendees when the trade show floor is close. These situations are particularly noteworthy as the attendee is pre-qualified since he or she already has selected an exhibitor to visit as a solution to a particular challenge.”
EventRebels already has an interactive trade show floor map that enables exhibitors to select the booths they wish to purchase in real-time. Attendees, in return, can search the show for exhibitors and their product offerings. ERMatch will take this one step further and allow them to setup appointments on the spot. Appointments can also be made at the time of registration. Exhibitors will be able to view their appointments and manage their available time slots.
The tool has already been used with great success at a GSA conference. “ERMatch has brought together government officials and area managers in an easy and convenient fashion at this conference,” explained Hopson. “When it is easy for attendees and exhibitors to meet, everybody is a winner – including the conference planners.”
EventRebels is a premier provider of conference and event registration technology and services, including onsite and online registration, trade show software, e-marketing, real-time reporting, online membership, and management of programs and workshops. Their products deliver value and benefits to planners, exhibitors and attendees.
