Implementation Specialist
EventRebels is a growing company specializing in web and mobile software for conferences and trade shows. We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who is excited to work with our expanding customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Setup forms and accounts for customers using the EventRebels software suite
- Develop implementation plans based on clients needs
- Answer routine questions and issues
- Train clients on use of software and provide user support
- Provide important client feedback during software planning sessions to guide direction of future product development
Skills You’ll Need
Technical
- Comfortable with web and mobile software in the Cloud
- Spending most of day on the computer and phone
- Proficient use of Excel
- Basic HTML skills a plus, but not required
Communication Skills
- Very comfortable speaking with clients on phone and in person
- Ability to lead a discussion
- Able to explain technical issues in clear language
- Not afraid to ask questions
Problem-Solving Ability
- Logic-minded with strong reasoning skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Capable of identifying and resolving obstacles
- A drive for high quality and seeing things through to completion
- Focus on self-improvement
- Able to get maximum value from the EventRebels software for the clients
EventRebels is a semi-virtual company with headquarters in Baltimore. Initially, you will need to work in the office a few days a week, but most work can be done remotely.
